2. Vertical pressure. The so-called vertical pressure refers to the force perpendicular to the contact surface generated by the two contact surfaces. The size of the vertical pressure is closely related to the properties and materials of the electronic link contacts.
The number and area of contact points will also increase simultaneously, causing plastic deformation of the contact micro-points. As the concentrated resistance decreases, the contact resistance also decreases.
3. Surface morphology. The surface morphology of electronic connectors is affected by the shape of the product and the use environment.
4. Use voltage. When the voltage is at a certain threshold during use, it will break down the contact film layer, causing the contact resistance to decrease. The thermal effect will have a certain repair function on the contact film layer, the resistance value will be non-linear, and small fluctuations in voltage will cause large changes in current.
